**About this role**
+ Support Planning process with training content
+ Assist customers and internal users with features via training opportunities
+ Organize and structure training and development processes for best practices
**Key responsibilities**
+ We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our team
+ As a Learning and Development Intern, you will assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs and initiatives
+ You will work closely with our Product team to support various projects, conduct research, and contribute to the overall success of our training efforts
+ Assist in the development and coordination of training materials and resources
+ Support the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and events
+ Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in Learning and Development
+ Help with the analysis and reporting of training program effectiveness and participant feedback
+ Assist with administrative tasks related to training programs, including scheduling and logistics
+ Collaborate with team members to identify and address training needs and opportunities
**Required Qualifications**
+ Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
+ Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
+ Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Strong interest in Learning and Development and a passion for supporting employee growth
+ Degree in Communications, Journalism, English or Marketing
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
