Description Robert Half has partnered with a digital experience agency in Birmingham, MI, looking for a Digital & Interactive Producer. This role is fundamental in the creation and management of digital content, with a focus on live-action shoots, motion graphics, and editorial production. The role will also involve administrative tasks such as file management and content distribution, as well as on-set supervision and collaboration with creative freelancers. Responsibilities: • Oversee the creation of digital content, including live-action shoots, motion graphics, and editorial production • Provide essential administrative support, including file management and content distribution • Attend film shoots in a supervisory capacity • Collaborate with creative freelancers to ensure high-quality content production • Use tools such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Sheets, Docs, Slides, FrameIO, and Adobe CS to manage and distribute content • Conduct research and track stock footage and music licensing to ensure proper usage rights • Coordinate communication between creative, production, and post-production teams • Assist with quality control to ensure content meets technical and brand standards • Support post-production workflows, including organizing and delivering files for review • Liaise with external vendors and freelancers as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital & Interactive Producer or similar role • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Adobe Illustrator • Demonstrated expertise in Animation • Proven experience in Campaign Planning • Ability to develop and execute Creative Briefs • Knowledge of Film Production processes • Experience in Post-Production Support • Strong skills in Interactive Design • Experience in producing Digital Productions • Excellent communication and project management skills • High creative aptitude and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
