Client– Digital Integration Services– Technology Architect - US – IBM ODM

As a Technology Architect, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. Locations for this position is Plano, TX
These positions may require relocation and or 100% travel any where in USA
Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
• At least 7 years of experience in IT.
Preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks
• At least 4 years of experience in IBM-ODM (Operational Decision Manager)
• Hands on experience in implementing BRMS system using IBM ODM 8.x, iLog/JRules
• Experience in Rules Harvesting, rules design and rules governance
• Exposure to architecting and setting up a BRMS system using IBM-ODM
• Exposure to IBM-BPM and working in a BPM+BRMS based environments will be advantageous
• Exposure to migration or business rules from legacy and other BRMS systems to IBM ODM.
• Experience in Agile Development processes
• At least 4 years of experience in project execution
• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point
• Analytical skills
• At least 3 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
