Digital Innovation Strategy and Operations Senior Analyst

We seek a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Strategy and Technology Sr. Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop technology-focused project plans for nascent spaces, guiding business strategy with industry trend/behavior analysis, research, and insights generation, by developing strategic presentations and briefs to lead Business Development, Product Management, and Creative within the Digital Innovation team. This role also involves understanding and dissemination of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, IoT connected physical products, and other content-related technologies, across Disney Consumer Product teams and other business units, aiding in discussions, aligning opportunities, and refining project/business scope, for current and prospective partners. Additionally, this role will assist the Director of Technology & Strategy in canvasing and researching the external technology landscape, keeping a pulse on category-relevant nascent spaces, inclusive of blockchain, extended reality, generative/agentic AI, and more. This role can be based in Glendale, CA, New York City, NY or Orlando, FL. **On any given day, you will:** + Research, synthesize, and develop briefs and presentations across categorically defined commercial initiatives and internal efficiency projects where emerging technologies are a core focus + Lead and collaborate across groups/teams on integrating and effectively using generative AI and content-related technologies within the project scope + Monitor project progress, identify/socialize potential risks, and assist with mitigation strategies. + Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, fostering a collaborative and productive environment + Help create/maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, and prioritization plans. + Developing outcome-based roadmaps, aligning project goals and product scope with strategic outcomes + Field new vendor/service providers for potential selection, to assist with technical gaps where possible + Participate in the RFP/RFI assessment process with Sourcing partners for vendor/product selection, focusing on areas like Generative AI technologies, data systems integration, etc. + Lead technology project planning, internal socialization, and obtaining requisite clearances during discovery phases, ensuring all parties have a clear understanding of technical/ business implications + Assist in bridging technical and business aspects of technology projects, ensuring that scopes are feasible and aligned with technical capabilities' roadmap and market maturity. + Assist with messaging for different audiences, including management and other high-level executives. + Engage in ad-hoc tech/business analysis and special projects, at the request of Executives within the org + Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborating with global teams **Required Qualifications & Skills:** + 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, program/project management focused on technology, digital innovation, and/or connected products/experiences + Proven track record of developing and launching projects from ideation to production + Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate problems autonomously and diplomatically + Self-starting, with good communication and teamwork abilities, paired with a curiosity to drive change + Understanding and ability to develop project scope, technical context diagrams, and project plans + Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. + Proficient in Excel for financial modeling and Analysis – Pivot Tables and Graphs **Education** : + Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or equivalent work experience in Finance and/or Engineering. **Our Benefits:** Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
