Technical SME for Oracle, associated technologies and automation. Technical SME for MongoDB, associated technologies and automation. Working with lead solution and infrastructure architects to deliver quality, scalable and performant servicesResponsible for rollout of operational toolkits and service monitoring solutions required by the role to enhance the ability to troubleshoot and ultimately prevent customer facing issuesDelivery of new and upgraded database servicesDelivery of security enhancements and fixes as required

Oracle certified desirable MongoDB knowledge desirableEnd to end systems architecture knowledgeA sound understanding and working knowledge of HSBC processes (change management, ITSA, access management, tooling, data security, etc)DevOps principles for efficient deliveryMentoring and supporting colleaguesExperience of delivering enterprise scale Oracle infrastructure to aggressive timescales and targetsPlanning multiple work streams, delegating and coordinating amongst colleaguesInfrastructure design and architecture – collaboration with Solution Architect and Lead DevelopersTeam Leader capability

Excellent communication skills in fluent English.
