Digital Implementation Manager
**Overview** The Implementation Manager is responsible for the efficient management and execution of contract administration, flow planning, and other key operational functions within the media advertising space. This role supports the Media Operations team by ensuring the smooth handling of contracts, media execution plans, and flow management, with a specific focus on Publicis Media’s standards and practices. **Responsibilities** **Contract/ IO Management** + Implementation Manager to always have oversight of all contracts in conjunction with the Buyer. **Media Execution Plan Management** + Maintain and update the ME (Media Execution) Plan, ensuring alignment with client objectives and media planning strategy. + Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the MEplan are properly loaded, documented, approved, and implemented. + Develop and manage flow plans on MEplan to ensure efficient scheduling and delivery of media activities. + Collaborate with the media buying and planning teams to optimize the flow of media placements, adhering to timelines and budget constraints. + Where there are campaign changes/edits, ensure the media execution plan is updated to reflect the changes and reupload to MEPLan **Media Planning and Scheduling** + Liaise with Performance Team to confirm placement details and resolve any scheduling or delivery issues. + Update plans based on campaign performance to ensure campaigns deliver the best ROAS. + Upload IOs and insert IOs on MEplan. **Administration and Reporting** + Pull reports from the Digital platforms and supply to Planner. + Assist with periodic reporting and analysis of media performance metrics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. + Provide administrative support to the media team, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and with a high degree of accuracy. **Creative Materials Management** + Chase outstanding creative materials from clients and agency partners in collaboration with the Buyer. **Budget Management and Billing** + Produce Cost Estimates (CE) based on approved media schedules. + Ensure all MEplans are committed and billed timeously. + Media billing packs to include Cost Estimate (CE), Purchase Order (PO), Media Schedule, and signed unbilled report. **Key competencies/Skills** + **Accuracy** : Demonstrates a meticulous approach to work, ensuring all outputs are free from + errors and meet high-quality standards. + **Effective Communication** : Able to convey ideas, information, and feedback clearly and + professionally across various levels, including colleagues, clients, and senior management. + **Relationship Building** : Develops and maintains strong interpersonal relationships with + clients, colleagues, and external partners, fostering trust and collaboration. + **Systematic Approach** : Utilizes a methodical and organized mindset to manage tasks + efficiently, ensuring workflows and processes are streamlined for optimal results. + **Resilience and Stress Management** : Capable of maintaining composure and productivity in + high-pressure environments, adapting quickly to challenges while meeting tight deadlines. + **Strong Administrative Skills and Attention to Detail** : Excels in managing documentation, + schedules, and reports with precision, ensuring all details are accurate and deadlines are met. + **Numerical Aptitude** : Possesses strong numerical skills, enabling accurate budgeting, data + analysis, and financial tracking. + **Negotiation and Problem-Solving** : Demonstrates the ability to resolve conflicts, identify + solutions, and negotiate effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. + **Accountability** : Takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities, ensuring deliverables are + completed on time and to the required standard. + **Team Collaboration and Independence** : Thrives both independently and as part of a team, + contributing to shared goals while taking initiative in solo tasks. + **Versatile Communication Skills** : Adapts communication style to suit diverse audiences, + ensuring clarity and understanding at all levels of engagement. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in media, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field advantageous. + 2-3 years of experience in media planning, buying, or administration within an advertising or media agency. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Proficiency in media planning tools and software (e.g., Telmar). + Excellent attention to detail, especially when managing contracts and schedules. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. + Analytical skills to assess media performance and recommend improvements.
