Job Responsibilities:
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and actuals to ensure financial accountability and transparency. Track and measure project performance using established tools and techniques; identify variances and recommend corrective actions. Partner with Program Leads to provide financial insights, influence decisions, and ensure all cost factors are accounted for. Oversee financial elements of digital programs in Clarity PPM, including KPIs, Change Orders, and Invoicing. Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly financial updates, forecasts, and budget tracking reports. Coordinate and communicate profit plans, budget estimates, and financial forecasts across teams. Build and maintain complex Excel models to support analysis and decision-making. Ensure reporting and documentation are thorough, accurate, and reflect current financial assumptions and risks. Assist in managing changes to project scope, schedules, and budgets as needed.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required
Certifications
PMP preferred
Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in financial analysis, program management support, or digital project environments.
Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis. Strong knowledge of financial processes and reporting. Exposure to technology and digital transformation projects. Experience defining KPIs and driving process improvements. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with EMPOWER or similar tools preferred.The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
