We are looking for a Employee Experience Monitoring Leader who can design employee experience programs, develop measurement and monitoring approaches and drive the function and technical implementation of the program in a “hands on” manner. The role will require the team member ensure the digital experience program is in place and can be operated by a day-to-day execution team. "
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Employee Experience programs, measures and monitoring based upon requirements from our clients
• Design the technical architecture of Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) tools
• Develop measures and tooling required to report upon performance to Employee Experience Service Levels.
• Set-up Digital Monitoring tools including:
• Setting up Personas and Service Accounts
• Creating Views, Roles within the Digital Experience monitoring tool
• Setting up of data collection mechanisms
• Configuration of Automations
• Configuration of Engagements Surveys
• Creating Dashboards that outline Experience health
• Setup integrations to other products (ServiceNow, Intune, Ms365, SPLUNK-data forwarding)
• Developing Sensor tuning (Master and specific to assigned groups only) approach
• Developing access management frameworks including the setup of RBAC
• Set-up Analysis and Remediation procedures including:
• Client meeting set-up and initiation for the review of monthly action and backlog list
• Creation and execution of action plans for increasing Digital Experience of the end user
• Analysis approach and guidelines for the review of data points in the tool
• 3rd party vendor support
• Proactive problem resolution
• Providing training to Service desk and other critical personal for the digital monitoring tool and user experience process and procedures
• Executing the initial operation of the User Experience framework before hand-over to the BAU team

• Analytical mind and ability to read and analyze data
• Understanding the concepts and ability to implement Digital Experience Monitoring tools (Systrack, Nexthink)
• Understand basic concept of power shell and/or SQL queries with willingness to learn
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts
• Understanding access management methodology - RBAC
• Understanding and ability to work in Agile methodology
• Construct queries and reports of analytics inside the DEM tool
• Knowledge around cloud concepts specifically Microsoft 365
• ITIL awareness – certification will be an advantage
• Experience in using Service Now
• Client management skills and ability present WPS use cases
• Ability to deploy and configure automation in the DEM tool
Desired Skills:
Ability to group like data together to form insights that can be actioned.
Baseline data and quantify the results in meaningful business terms.
Effective in communicating DEM Insights and actions to client executives.
Organize the analytics into actionable insights in the following brief examples but not limited to:
• How applications and software will affect the performance of the computer
• What can cause a slow responsive computer
• Expert level in identifying Windows issues and proactive impacts
• Compliances
• Predictive issues
