Digital Experience Manager

Job Description

As a Digital Experience Manager, you will be the expert in optimizing the online experience, leading site content, visual merchandising, digital copywriting, and customer insight/behavior analytics for COS online stores across SEA and HKTW. Your primary focus will be on continually enhancing the customer journey, ensuring the seamless delivery of COS Brand Identity and accurate, detailed product information.

Additionally, you will conduct data-driven studies on customer behavior to inform strategy and optimization efforts 

What you will do: 

Responsible for curating the digital experience of COS.com for the Southeast Asian markets, in addition to the Zalora SEA + HKTW marketplace. 

Collaborate with the Global and Local Merchandising and Marketing Teams to understand key product and marketing focuses, then lead the Digital Experience (DX) team in effectively translating these insights into the website. This includes, but is not limited to, site content, visual communication, and product presentation, all aimed at optimizing online sales. 

Ensure that the COS e-commerce platform stays in line with COS aesthetics, visually balance the collection of products based on commerciality, branding, and seasonal trends. 

Constantly improve/optimize the online visual experience and drive the relevant KPI based on site performance data and customer behaviour.

Understand the online customer’s expectations through behaviour & data analysis, and plan for the constant improvement of UX/website functionality by working closely with IT Team. 

Build up both short-term and long-term strategies for A/B testing, personalization and other digital projects that are associated with the goals of customer acquisition and retention.

Work closely with your E-Commerce team to design and implement a customer journey that drives profitable online sales, aligning with set targets and goals.

Collaborate closely with key online functions, including Digital Marketing and Online Merchandising, to develop and execute local commercial plans that drive online business growth. 

Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners/agencies to ensure the timely and accurate launch of all online products and content.

What you need to succeed:  

Previous experience in a digital or user experience-related role with brands or marketplace platforms. 

referably experience in the fast fashion, retail, or beauty industry.  

Excellent communication skills combined with strong data analytics expertise, driving informed decision-making and effective problem-solving.  

Highly analytical with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, A/B testing, and content management tools, leveraging these skills to optimize performance and drive results.  

Results-driven with the ability to balance strategic planning with seamless day-to-day execution, ensuring consistent achievement of objectives.

Excellent problem solving & decision making abilities.

Skilled at working flexibly, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and identifying key priorities to drive efficient and effective outcomes.

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Regional Office in Singapore.
