Join & Other Stories as our Digital Expansion Lead and play a key role in driving our future growth! 

As a Digital Expansion Lead, you will identify, initiate, and lead digital expansion projects that elevate our brand to new heights. This includes driving growth through external partners, marketplaces, as well as growing in new markets. You will take full ownership of your projects, working cross-functionally and strategically to ensure long-term success.

What You Will Do: 

Identify and prioritize high-impact digital channels and market expansion opportunities to accelerate & Other Stories’ global growth. Drive and lead digital expansion projects cross-functionally, from concept to launch, ensuring strategic alignment and profitability. Take full ownership of expansion projects, working independently to drive initiatives forward, negotiate partnerships, and develop go-to-market strategies. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, from initial discussions to contract negotiations and launch.  Plan and illustrate expansion roadmaps, developing solid business cases, and market strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with long-term impact, continuously identifying ways to optimize growth opportunities. Drive strategic discussions, contributing to our growth playbook and expansion roadmap with innovative and forward-thinking ideas. Think big and act boldly, challenging the status quo and always looking for new ways to push boundaries. 

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you bring: 

Proven experience in project management, business development, or digital expansion within a global or high-growth environment. A deep understanding of digital platforms, partnerships, and market expansion strategies. Strong business sense and the ability to develop and manage P&L cases that drive long-term success. Confident during negotiation and strong relationship-building skills, with experience in handling external partners and vendors. A highly self-driven and proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership and work independently on complex projects. Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to illustrate expansion plans, including market entry strategies and pricing models. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Additional Information

This is a full-time contract based at our Head Office at Kungsholmstorg in Stockholm. You will be reporting to the Head of Growth and Expansion.
