Our client, a leader in enhancing digital workplace environments, is seeking a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Specialist to join their team. As a DEX Specialist, you will be part of the IT Department supporting the digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Specialist
**Location: Houston Campus**
**Pay Range:** 95.00
**What's the Job?**
+ Utilize Nexthink to monitor and analyze digital employee experience metrics.
+ Develop and execute NQL queries to gather and interpret data.
+ Create and manage dashboards to visualize key performance indicators.
+ Implement and manage remote actions to resolve issues proactively.
+ Collaborate with ServiceNow for incident and service management.
**What's Needed?**
+ Proven experience with Nexthink.
+ Strong skills in NQL queries, dashboards, remote actions, alerts, and diagnostics.
+ Intermediate to advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
+ Knowledge of Nexthink APIs and connectors.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
