Digital Development Senior Analyst C12 - Hybrid
The Prod Ctrl Sr. Analyst is a position responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the bank's books and records in coordination with the Finance team. The overall objective of this role is to control and support data integrity and general ledger reconciliation, profit attribution and new activity analysis, valuation control and product P&L and balance sheet reporting. **Responsibilities:** + Apply in-depth industry knowledge towards the development of new techniques and improving processes or work-flow for the Finance department + Serve as a subject matter expert within Finance + Evaluate moderately complex issues utilizing data, and select the best action between potentially conflicting situations + Analyze data by filtering, prioritizing, and validating moderately complex information from multiple sources + Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. + Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. + Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. **Qualifications:** + 5-8 years of relevant experience + Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication + Advanced English **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience This digital tools role incorporates a variety of diverse digital technologies into an ever-changing workforce. This role will be responsible for implementing these technologies into existing infrastructure to help to optimize and industrialize digital tools across our organization. The Global Controllers Chief Administrative Office (CCAO) Digital Team is part of the Finance organization and is responsible for managing various initiatives and driving transformation. The mission of the CCAO Digital Team is to champion a "Best in Class" team focused on innovation and improving the control environment. The team seeks to be a catalyst for change and drive global end-to-end process transformation in accordance with the roles and responsibilities of Controllers. This Digital Team supports our organization’s innovation and transformation efforts. This team will enable a consistent model for Digital delivery to drive and support the design and implementation of policy-compliant digital use cases. The team will also advisory and support for digital enablement, the identification of digital tools and use-case solutions. **Responsibilities** The Digital Transformation Analyst will be part of the Global CCAO Digital Team and will help in defining the digital roadmap, driving change and enabling the implementation of digital solutions. Key responsibilities include; + Working with Digital Use-Case owners to design and implement specific solutions and deploy them on a country, regional or global basis. + Working with the various functions within Finance and GFTS (Global Functions Technology Services) to ensure that the digital strategy is optimal given current and emerging digital realities and opportunities. + Tracking cross-functional activities and ensuring consistency in the processes and methodologies that are deployed. + Acting as a key member of the team and progress IT-enabled Smart Solution-compliant initiatives. + Supporting the various Controllers teams globally to improve their understanding of the impact of emerging technologies and industry trends and provide recommendations and solutions for how to adopt new standards and requirements. **Education:** Bachelor’s/University degree in Computer/Data Science or equivalent is preferred **Qualifications** The ideal candidate will have educational experience in deploying digital tools & solutions with a comprehensive understanding of working on transformation projects.
