Description We are on the lookout for a diligent and multi-skilled Digital Designer to be part of our dynamic team. This role is based in New Jersey, and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The primary function of this position is to design and develop both print and digital materials, adhere to brand guidelines, and manage multiple projects effectively. Responsibilities: • Creation of both print and digital designs, including motion graphics and animations • Upholding the integrity of the brand by strictly following the brand standards in all works • Efficient management of multiple projects and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met within the set deadlines • Proactive participation in virtual meetings during business hours to discuss project updates and receive feedback • Utilization of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint for design purposes • Handling customer inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Regular use of Figma for design tasks, if experienced • Possible engagement with Adobe After Effects/Premiere or any other animation programs for design tasks, if experienced • Maintaining an organized, efficient work process for quick turnaround times • Demonstrating enthusiasm and a sense of ownership in all tasks, with a keen eye for beautiful design and technical accuracy. 02720-0013166131 Requirements • Entry-level position; no prior experience required, though any relevant experience is a plus • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is essential • Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver is desirable • Familiarity with Adobe Flash is a plus • Proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator is needed • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a strong advantage • Experience in creating advertisements is beneficial • Ability to create high-quality artwork is necessary • Experience in designing banner ads is preferred • Understanding of brand awareness principles is an advantage • Experience in designing brochures is beneficial • Strong graphic design skills are required • Experience in digital productions is a plus Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
