**Overview**
We’re looking for a highly skilled Digital Designer with expertise in Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) to bring scalable, data-driven ad experiences to life. This role is ideal for a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment where performance, personalization, and modular design come together to deliver high-impact digital campaigns.
As our DCO Designer, you’ll design engaging, on-brand creative that dynamically adapts across audience segments and platforms—leveraging personalization strategies, AI-enhanced workflows, and performance insights to continually refine the visual experience.
**Responsibilities**
+ Design modular digital assets (display banners, paid social ads, video frames, etc.) for DCO campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Google, programmatic display, etc.)
+ Develop scalable design systems that allow for content variations, localization, and personalization through data feeds.
+ Partner with copywriters, developers, media teams, and strategists to bring dynamic creative strategies to life.
+ Optimize assets based on performance data and A/B testing results; continuously iterate to improve engagement and conversion.
+ Ensure design consistency, brand integrity, and responsiveness across formats, devices, and audience segments.
+ Collaborate with technical teams to implement creatives using tools such as Google Studio, Celtra, Smartly.io, or Adobe Dynamic Media.
+ Stay current on trends in DCO, personalization, and automation to drive innovation and performance.
**Qualifications**
+ 3–5+ years of experience in digital design, preferably with exposure to DCO campaigns or performance-driven creative.
+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma or Sketch.
+ Familiarity with DCO platforms and feed-based creative tools such as Google Web Designer, Celtra, Smartly.io, or Flashtalking.
+ Strong understanding of creative best practices for paid media and user behavior across channels.
+ Comfortable designing within modular systems and collaborating with technical teams on implementation.
+ Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
+ Bonus: Motion design or lightweight animation skills a plus.
