ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and aspirational leader to join our Cotton On team as a Digital Design Manager. This role will see you lead your team to execute world class design, User Experience and Customer Experience across all digital touch points whilst protecting the brand DNA and adhering to Accessibility guidelines. You will partner with your peers across the Brand Marketing, Creative, Digital Marketing and VM teams to ensure brand consistency for the effective digital delivery of brand communication strategies.
You will manage a team of amazingly creative individuals to deliver:
• Monthly campaign global digital rollout
• Global eDMs and modules
• Global website assets (App, home page, landing pages, product listing page banners, ads)
• Third party website assets, affiliate banners
• Drive and facilitate creative and technical innovation
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, taking ownership of each
• Social marketing assets (Paid social and organic)
• Global rollout of campaigns, promotions, sale as required to ensure all creative is consistent, highly polished and on brand

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Design, Digital Design
• Experience leading a team of Design professionals
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Manage data segmentation for digital campaign delivery
• Alignment of Time zone conversion at global scale to accurately align delivery of Digital assets
• Strategic mindset – deliver the creative strategy for the Cotton On brands
• The ability to project manage workflow and delegate work appropriately
• Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD and Adobe AfterEffects
• Exceptional creative design skills, eye for content quality, creative typographic and crafting skills
• Possess an understanding of back-end technologies, customer data requirements, and implementation
• Strong organisation, planning, communication and time management skills, with ability to produce high quality artwork within tight timeframes
