MSA has an opportunity for a Digital Delivery Lead at our St. Paul, MN office location. This position will lead and champion digital delivery processes and workflows for the firm, ensuring the effective implementation and use of advanced technologies within these workflows. This role encompasses Building Information Modeling (BIM), BIM for Infrastructure, visualization, reality capture, and automation among other digital delivery processes. The Digital Delivery Lead will collaborate with operations teams to enhance the organization’s digital capabilities and drive innovation in project delivery. Flexible/hybrid working arrangements are possible with this position.

Responsibilities

The work you may do

Create Upgrade and Deployment strategies for the BIM implementation effortDevelop written technology evaluations and budgets for future technology adoption that align with organizational goals in conjunction with Director of Innovation.Maintain experience in digital delivery software through continued use and training including knowledge of best practices for BIM related software in addition to an overall understanding and familiarity with Autodesk and Bentley softwareAct as a liaison with corporate information technology support staff.Act as a liaison with software developer support staff and other support channels.Oversee the development, maintenance, support, and optimization of digital delivery workflows and technology solutions across all service lines.Manage the implementation of supporting software for digital delivery, 3D modeling, and BIMRegularly evaluate new digital delivery, 3D modeling, BIM, automation and other software and technologies Qualifications

What you bring
Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or related degree field required5+ years of practical design experience in the field of Civil Engineering with an emphasis on 3D modeling on civil or building projects requiredExpert with industry standard CAD software packages, Autodesk preferredExpert with online training tools for engineers; Eagle Point Pinnacle preferredThe selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
