We have a fantastic Opportunity for a Digital Manufacturing Co-Ordinator based at our Blackgrange site in Alloa.
Salary of £37,072.83 which includes a competitive benefits package including pension, shares scheme and bonus!
Our Digital Manufacturing team are owning innovation and progression in the digital world in our manufacturing environments, and we are looking for a passionate and motivated person to move forward with this role.
About the role
As Digital Manufacturing co-Ordinator your primary focus will be working with the operations teams to identify, trial and roll out new digital technologies. You will support the embedding of Data Governance within digital systems and processes and advocating for change through a passion for technology to strive for best in class results.
Key points you would be responsible for are:
Improve current digital systems with new technologies.
Design and trial new systems, processes and applications with the view to streamline tasks and improve processes across site.
Responsible for collecting and aggregating data for multiple uses across manufacturing.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand the systems and create models and data flows that works with our existing ways of working and technologies.
Responsible for ongoing use of digital systems, including support with daily issues.
Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports (primarily using Power BI) to visualize, display and communicate key insights.
Collaborate with partners to understand their data requirements and provide accurate and relevant reports.
Ensure that any improvements implemented are standardised and sustained within operations teams (sharing standard methodology).
About You
The ideal candidate will be a role model of good governance around compliance and bring with them a high level of passion and energy to inspire change. You’ll have the drive and passion to make a positive difference to manufacturing excellence and show your excellent communication skills.
Key skills you will bring are:
Being able to work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in problem solving situations would be an asset.
An understanding of manufacturing operations and experience in the required digital tools.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, report development, and visualization.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerApps) for data manipulation, analysis, and presentation.
Experience in a process environment with managing small projects and cross functional team working
Basic project management skills.
Passion for Improvement and implementation of change
Experience of using process control systems
