The Digital Content Writer is responsible for using business requirements to write new content for our digital self-service platform, JonesLink. They will work directly with content owners / SMEs in order to optimize the content for search and self-service. They are responsible for ensuring the business needs are met through accuracy, consistency and timeliness.
