Digital Client Engagement Specialist

Role description: 

The primary responsibility of the Digital Client Engagement Specialist is to effectively manage email marketing campaigns using various platforms and tools. They will utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to enhance customer communication and experience. The Specialist will work closely with the Sr. Team Lead - Digital Client Engagement, team members, Global/Regional Marketing Teams, and Product Marketing Managers to execute email campaigns that conform to industry best practices.

Role accountabilities: 

Email Marketing:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns on various email marketing platforms (Oracle Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Pardot, etc. Create and segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, and interests. Develop email templates and assets that comply with the campaigns' requirements. Schedule and manage email marketing campaigns. Ensure quality assurance and campaign approval checks for own and other team members’ projects. Conduct A/B tests on various email elements to optimize campaign performance. Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide suggestions for optimization. Identify and suggest ways to improve the current email marketing processes. Stay up-to-date on the latest email marketing trends and best practices, and ensure that it’s privacy compliant. Suggest ways to improve the existing process and standardization. Support other team members by coaching and mentoring them. Support process documentation.

Marketing Automation:

Utilize CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and/or Oracle Sales Cloud to improve customer experience. Utilize data from the CRM to segment email campaigns and personalize communication. Analyze customer data and trends to improve marketing efforts and customer experience. Ensure CRM data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with all regulations by introducing and developing data management strategies. Work closely with other teams within the Growth function to integrate data and improve communication across the company. Support data cleanup and enrichment. Support CRM maintenance and improvement to ensure it meets client engagement needs as needed. Generate reports from CRM/Email Marketing Platform to inform campaign optimization Support lead scoring/lead management initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or any Business-related courses 

Job-Related Experience: 

5+ years of cumulative experience in email marketing and marketing automation

Specific knowledge:

Proven experience creating and executing successful email marketing campaigns Strong understanding of email marketing and marketing automation Experience working with email marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot,  Salesforce, Zoho, Oracle Sales Cloud) Reporting/Analytics (Intermediate) HTML/CSS (Intermediate) Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver (Intermediate) Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Intermediate knowledge of Campaign Planning and Conceptualization Good understanding of email standards and privacy laws: SPF, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR Experience with event management platforms and webinar solutions is advantageous.
