Digital Campaign Manager
What You'll Do The Digital Campaign Manager will be responsible for post-plan approval operational support, working alongside the media planners to ensure the media plans smoothly go through various steps of the campaign set up process until launch. + Ensuring operational excellence by demonstrating strong project management skills across every step of the campaign set up process + The day-to-day involves working closely with the digital media planners to understand their plans, the tactics involved, and steps involved in the setup of each tactic + Building relationships and working closely with the various internal digital execution teams from social, search, display as well as the audience team during the campaign set up process + Collaborating and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to digital vendor partners, marketing teams, creative agencies, media agencies, PR teams, etc. + Monitoring campaign pacing and flagging any concerns to the respective planning leads + Managing work back schedules to ensure timelines across the campaign set up process are adhered to + Reviewing first party audiences available in the various platforms and requesting any additional audiences from the audience team + Reviewing and ensuring the Creative Trafficking Sheets are filled out accurately by marketing/creative agencies before it’s shared with the internal digital execution teams + Requesting and ensuring marketing teams fill out the Measurement Study templates + Booking Programmatic Guaranteed deals with the respective partners on a media plan + Ensuring financial accuracy by managing vendor billing in the internal billing system across the respective lines of business assigned every month + Staying ahead of the curve by constantly evaluating the latest trends in digital media, including channels, advertising formats and technologies + Multi-tasking is critical with several urgent deliverables ongoing at the same time What You Bring + College or university degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline. + 1-2 years professional digital marketing experience from either agency or client side. + Fundamental understanding of media planning, media buying platforms and ad serving + Familiar with the programmatic ecosystem like DSPs, SSPs, DMPs. + Passion to learn and dive deeper into the digital media landscape #LI-RM1 Hybrid We value flexibility.
