What This Position is All About
Under the direction of the Fifth Avenue Club Selling Director, the Fifth Avenue Club Associate Stylist works with an assigned Fifth Avenue Club Consultant to maximize the consultant's underdeveloped customer relationships by cultivating these relationships into productive, repeat business with the Stylist.

This role is supported by the Fifth Avenue Club Consultant who determines which clients are to be cultivated and who acts as mentor to the Stylist, teaching and role modeling how to deliver elevated selling, service, and customer experiences. Success in this role is determined, in part, by the ability of the Stylist to cultivate these customers into a client base that empowers the Stylist to work and sustain themselves independently of the Fifth Avenue Club Consultant within a specified period (typically 12-months from date in role).

The Stylist is responsible for maximizing selling opportunities by leveraging interpersonal and interactive skills that include the appropriate use of social media, product knowledge and styling skills, company services, and Omni-channel technology.

Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retailSocial media and technology-savvyAs The FAC Associate Stylist, You Will:
