Job overview and responsibilities:
The Digital Account Manager will work closely with our Kinective Media Sales team and clients on all pre-sales media planning and management of accounts. They will also be responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring overall success of digital media campaigns for best-in-class ad products.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop direct and programmatic omni-channel media campaigns and offer media planning support across all stages of sales lifecycle (e.g., pre-RFP support to post-launch customer success management)Support all aspects of direct and programmatic campaign planning and execution, including setting up media placements within OMS, working with client on launch prep and partnering with AdOps on execution and campaign managementMonitor and optimize campaign performance, and provide operational reporting on campaign success in collaboration with AdOpsLiaise between Sales, Loyalty, Marketing, Ad Ops, clients, and creative teams to manage all campaign-related requests and inquiries with professionalism, integrity, and high levels of customer serviceDevelop strong proficiency in both Kinective Media’s portfolio to further enhance campaign offerings and strengthen client successNOTE: This position provides a hybrid work arrangement including approximately 50% of the time spent working onsite at our Chicago location and 50% remotely.

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media (or related) or equivalent experience2 years of experience in Client Services/Ad Ops/Digital Marketing for an Ad Network, Publisher, or Media Network [in which 3rd party inventory was utilized]Experience in pre and/or post sales account management (strategy, planning, customer success)Strong aptitude for cross-functional collaboration with key partners and customer service mindsetDemonstrated success creating media plans and/or account management of digital media campaignsAbility to collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teamsGrowth mindset with ability to be proactive and take initiativeMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorshipWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
