Map the Digital Experience across the marketplace
Assess key partners digital capabilities
Be on top of new Digital experiences landing in the marketplace
Define Digital menu

Define Digital projects based on the marketplace/retailer assessments
Lead Plan & Execute digital experiences with partners
Help develop retailer specific executions and scale if possible
Fast and agile approach to the projects
Be present at least once a month in the IATs Projects Track & Update
Ensure that IATs execute elevate digital experiences on a consistent basis
Share best practices to elevate the company digital experience across the marketplace

Support Projects B&M Where Digital Capabilities are a Reality
Assess & maximize digital services offered by our partners
Share best practices

Strategic Business Planning
Together with Cross functional team establish customer strategies based on corporate direction through the lens of the Digital Offense
Work with key stakeholders to provide a sustainable market advantage within the Retail Environment while building advantage points for the client to excel across categories
Ensure effective twoway exchange process between product and process management

Account Management
Work in collaboration with Client Account Executives and the Strategic Account Director to manage order process culminating in timely acquisition of seasonal bookings which includes product presentation assortment planning flow management and working closely with customer service to ensure timely delivery of product This includes order integrity process and order book recon with the account
Work closely with retailer and ensure that analysis of sellthrough market trends and retail metrics information is used during sell ins prelines and Sell in to make key decision in driving an account strategy and identify future business opportunities Such opportunities should be shared with key internal stakeholder
Work with your Cross functional team to determine special product needs and act as a liaison with merchandising manager to develop appropriate product assortment This will include understanding of account strategy focus accurately and working closely with both buyers and planners to ensure that the buy is inline with strategy
Develop and maintain knowledge of company corporate sales programs and policies Assist in developing and enforcing appropriate sales strategies and resolve sales issues within the account
Drive and Align with internal stake holders and retailer to drive CoOp for digital for the fiscal year

Account Relationship
Demonstrate strong account relationships and communicating company commitment to the customer
Execute seasonal business reviews and drive strategies with buyers and planners within our Customers
Drive strong internal integration within company to achieve collective strategic business objectives by working closely with key stakeholders within company business

Brand/Marketing Management
Ensure that there is optimal focus on differentiation and segmentation within your Key accounts
Drive the account marketing budget and ensure ROI on key marketing strategies
Focus on the correct account positioning and upgrading of retail presentation though managed space investment

Team Player
Work closely with your team members to achieve a common goal for the overall account

Requirements
Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work Experience of which three years should be at Key Account executive level
Experience in managing a big retailer within SA industry
Proven track record of success at account management level
Proven track record in strategic planning and managing multiple projects
Knowledge of Apparel Footwear and Equipment
Strong organizational analytical problem solving and decision making skills
Knowledge of retail metrics
Ability to influence negotiate and communicate business initiatives within agreed parameters
Effective communication skills including presentation skills and being able to handle objections

Salary Market related based on qualifications and experience
