The Santa Monica Hospital is seeking to hire a Per Diem Dietitian to join the Department of Nutrition. You will provide medical nutrition therapy to patients in specialized areas such as cardiology, med/surgery, GI, renal, organ transplant, liver disease, neurology, head/neck, oncology, and critical care. You will also work at Ronald Reagan in Westwood as needed but will be mostly stationed in Santa Monica. Responsibilities include:

Assessment, documentation, implementation, monitoring and reassessment of patients’ nutrition care plan.  Conduct nutritional assessment, diet calculation, and the provision of medical nutrition therapy Conduct patient education, malnutrition/NFPE.  Provide ongoing education to patient and/or family members Chart in EPIC and use Computation Please note this is a per diem position. Salary range: $45.98/hr – $53.63/hr
