The Food and Nutrition Department in Sarah Neuman Nursing Home of The New Jewish Home is searching for a full time Dietary Technician to join our team. This position is needed for our Mamaroneck location.   The Dietary technician  will be responsible for the delivery of the following functions: Complete Nutrition Assessments, MDS and Care Plans as scheduled. Review monthly and weekly weights, document on weight changes.
