Garden Gate Healthcare Facility is seeking a motivated Dietary Supervisor to lead our dietary team and ensure residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals in a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise dietary staff, providing training, scheduling, and support. Ensure resident dietary needs and preferences are met, including special diets. Monitor food preparation, serving, and storage for quality and safety. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve services and enhance resident satisfaction. Maintain accurate records, inventory, and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting but not required. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of dietary regulations and safe food handling practices. Certification in food safety (preferred). Compassionate and team-oriented mindset.
