patientresident careObtains patient menu selections consistent with current diet order and any cultural or individualized requirements or requestsUtilizes all required computerized reports at each meal to check tray tickets before the meal service starts Makes corrections to tray tickets according to prescribed diet ordersObtains daily report of patientsresidents receiving nourishments tube
