Diesel Mechanic – 2nd Shift | $20/Hour | Temp-to-Hire

Your Role:

Inspect, disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble locomotive traction motor components.

Utilize manual and automated equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic tools to perform quality repairs.

Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided).

Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.

Assist in process improvements and training new team members.

What We’re Looking For:

Required: High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of diesel mechanic or manufacturing experience.

Preferred: Associate’s Degree or Technical School certification in diesel mechanics or a related field.

Experience with mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and precision tools is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently with hand tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and a team-first mindset.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
