Duties:
Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components on Trucks, Trailers and yellow equipment Repairing vehicle driveline, air, electrical and braking system Diagnosing vehicle & electrical systems, Auto Elec training Qualifications needed Performing preventative maintenance and services on trucks, trailers and yellow machinery Adhering to an inspection procedure checklist Attending to breakdowns and servicing Experience:
Current Diesel Mechanic experience on Tucks and yellow equipment Volvo, Scania, Mercedes Benz, Henred, Afrit, Alutip, CAT, Volvo, Sumitomo Requirements:
Diesel Trade, Red Seal preferably NQF Level 6 or above in Diesel/Motor Mechanics Code 10 or above driver's licence preferably Diagnostic tool experience advantageous Welding experience advantageous Advanced experience in Auto Electrical diagnoses, repairs, and fitment of electrical equipment on Trucks and Yellow Metal Basic hydraulic training/experience of tipper truck hydraulics and yellow equipment hydraulics
