Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 to $32.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Temp-to-Hire Pay: $25.00-$32.00 p/h DOEFull-time; 40-60 hours per weekMon–Fri, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (with weekend work as req)On-Call Availability: Required for after-hours & emergency supportMust have own tools & reliable transportation to commute to the yardDiesel Mechanic–Centrifugal Pump (Oil & Gas Field) Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. A technical certification in diesel mechanics, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.At least 4 years of hands-on experience in diesel mechanic work, specifically with centrifugal pumps & diesel engines in the oil & gas industry.Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including diesel engine troubleshooting, pump mechanics, and hydraulic systems.Previous experience with water transfer systems, generators, and oil and gas field equipment is highly preferred.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in diagnosing & repairing diesel engines & centrifugal pump systems.Ability to read & interpret technical manuals, blueprints, & schematics.Knowledge of welding, fabrication, & metalworking is a plus.Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
