Die Technician
**Job Title: Die Technician** **Job Description** As a Die Technician, you will operate a BOBST 104 Die cutter and be responsible for performing preventive maintenance on the machine. You should be familiar with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and be capable of troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical issues. In this role, you will also change out dies, inspect products for accuracy, and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality. **Responsibilities** + Operate a BOBST 104 Die cutter. + Perform preventive maintenance on the machine. + Familiarize and adhere to Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures. + Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. + Change out dies as needed. + Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards. + Make adjustments to the machine to maintain product accuracy. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience with die cutting and operating Die Machines. + Mechanically inclined with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. + Experience with tooling, tandem, repair, assembly, die press, die maintenance, and die repair. + Journeyman card or equivalent in industrial maintenance. + Ability to consistently lift 50+ pounds. + Experience with BOBST 104-106 or similar Die Cutting machines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Maintenance technician experience. **Why Work Here?** The company values its employees and offers numerous benefits, including unlimited overtime, annual car raffles, regular gift card giveaways, and family services. The standard work hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Mesa, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41000.00 - $52000.00/yr. Company does a lot of good will toward employees. - Unlimited OT -Raffles off a car once a year, regular gives out gift cards, provides family services (family covid tests on site), quarterly catering, Gives out Turkeys on Thanksgiving and Ham or Turkey on christmas.
