About the Opportunity
Civeo are currently recruiting multiple Qualified Chefs to join our amazing teams located at our villages across the Bowen Basin, QLD. These positions are fulltime permanent offering the successful candidates a 14-7 roster.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook & present high-quality food & beverages to agreed menus and operating standards To maintain safe and hygienic food preparation and storage areas, including proper storage of food, equipment, utensils and implements. To carry out daily temperature checks of fridges, freezers, storage areas, deliveries, recording results and taking appropriate action if any fall below standard. To develop excellent product knowledge and advise guests and staff accordingly. To carry out work safely to company and statutory standards, including HACCP and ISO accreditations To work harmoniously with the Kitchen team and other Village teams To always apply safe work practices to contribute to the safety culture at Civeo.

Our successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment medical including Drug and Alcohol testing and willing to obtain a National Police Clearance.
