Diaper Operations Direct Line Support $16.80-$17.40/hr

Our client in Fruitland, MO is seeking Production Line Support associates to join their team. The Diaper Operations Direct Line Support is responsible for a single or multiple lines providing support as needed by the line.

 

Job Title: Diaper Operations Direct Line Support

Location: 14484 MO-177, Jackson, MO 63755

Pay Range: $16.80-$17.40

Shift: 7am-7:30pm/7pm-7:30am 2-2-3 rotation (no swing shifts!)

 

What’s the Job?

A. Arrival Line Changeover:    
•    Arriving on time for scheduled shifts is an absolute must.
•    The on-coming and off-going DLS will conduct a walk through of their line using the DLS Changeover Check List.
•    If there is a problem with the condition of the line notify the on-coming and off-going Team Leaders NLT 7:20
•    Review all information that is pertinent to the operation of the shift (Supply shortages, status of ordered material, etc.)
    
B. Duties During The Shift:    
(Follow the task list for the line system you are working on which may include the following type tasks.)    
•    Stage and Prepare Materials as needed and directed through training.
•    Prep KDF and Bags as needed and keep the Case Packer Magazine and Wicket Stand loaded as to prevent line shut downs.
•    Respond to alarms in the Pack Loop area cleaning the conveyer of loose diapers and stacking on and off as needed.
•    Empty the trim house as needed.
•    Fill lotion tanks as required to ensure sustained production.
•    Notify the team leader for your line prior to going on breaks and returning in accordance with your break cycles. 
    
C. Safety:    
•    Follow all safe practices for each task you perform.
•    Wear safety glasses and hearing protection at all times.
•    Wear gloves when un-wrapping or wrapping materials using plastic banding and for material prep work when using scissors.
•    Do not wear loose clothing and keep fingers out of conveyors.
    
D. Good Housekeeping:    
•    Maintain the overall cleanness of your line to help remove possible trip and fall hazards.
•    Keep area clean to assist with meeting all GMP standards.
    
E. End of Shift Items:    
•    Complete shift change with on-coming Direct Line Support at the beginning of shift.
•    Brief On-coming DLS of any problems with the line, such as but not limited to, stack off issues, FACP issues, any projected down time, etc.
•    Turn in your DLS changeover checklist to your Team Leader at the end of the shift.
