Position Summary:
Provides leadership and direction for department. Manages department operations, team members and cost center. Responsibilities include staffing, planning, implementing, and evaluating department activities in accordance with the mission and vision of Park Nicollet Institute and Park Nicollet Health Services
Work Schedule:
M-F 7:30am – 4pm
Required Qualifications:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of five years of professional experience required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven management skills with the ability to lead, prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines and budget parameters. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, computers, Internet, printers, telephone, fax, scan and copy machines.Preferred Qualifications:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Master’s degree Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent communication skills. Ability to mentor, challenge and motivate others. Ability to embrace change and demonstrate resiliency.
