Preparation of Sales Plan, developing customer network, building & managing relationship with Channel Partners & ensure achievement of Sales Targets for Industry OEM's market thru direct and indirect sales by Collaborating with other pipes.
1. Sales Planning\: Prepare Sales Plan for Allocated Targets • Defining Customers in the market and predicting their requirements • Allocating targets by customers and activities . Preparing month wise target plan. Drive AMPS Plan / Initiatives.
2. Achieving Sales Targets\: • Regularly monitor sales / custom wise performance against Targets. Maintain forecast accuracy for OB & Sales month on month.
3. Drive ONE Schneider approach, Innovative offers and Ecostruxure solutions and saturate Partners.
4.Manage Partners in the territory, Drive distributor commercial plan & SD targets.
5. Customer Management\: • Define visit frequency for each customer based on sales plan • Conduct regular meetings with OEM's to maintain relationship, resolve issues and motivate them to buy SEI Products • Implement action plan on identified new opportunities to grow sales network
6. Promotional Activities\: • Organize Plant Visits / Technical Training / Factory visits , etc., for customers • Ensure direct execution of Promotion Schemes designed by Marketing Team.
