Provide strategic leadership and direction in the planning and execution of C&I projects within the Copper Business division Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to final implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and ensure seamless integration of C&I systems Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols Manage project documentation, including design specifications, technical drawings, and progress reports Lead and mentor a team of project professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency and performance Communicate project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks to senior leadership and stakeholders Participate in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions to enhance C&I capabilities in the Copper Business division Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Management (preferred) Experience 17-21 years of experience in the Copper Business industry Demonstrated expertise in project management and C&I systems Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects
