Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Design for Manufacturability (DFM) Manager to lead and optimize the integration of design and manufacturing processes. This critical role combines expertise in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and New Product Implementation (NPI) to ensure seamless transition from product development to mass production. The DFM Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product design, and manufacturing, to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and manufacturable products that meet customer needs and organizational goals.
