DFC Compliance Analyst I
The DFC Compliance Analyst I role will assist the Regulatory Compliance department and Driveway Finance with reviews of adherence to lending & servicing requirements, projects, process development, and use investigative skills to respond to different inquiries.
The DFC Compliance Analyst I reports to the DFC Regulatory Compliance Manager.
Location: Medford, OR (Hybrid) or Remote, U
Compensation Range: $19.65hr - $27.05/hr

Responsibilities
Conduct internal reviews for adherence to regulatory requirements in indirect auto lending and servicing activitiesRegulatory process writing, training, and monitoring. Including conducting reviews on processes for adherence to regulatory requirementsInformation gathering and research assistance regarding regulatory mattersAssist with licensing initiatives as the company enters new marketsInvestigate and respond to regulator inquiries as assignedInvestigate and respond to government, BBB, CFPB, Department of Justice inquiries as assignedOther duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications
Knowledge regulations and laws as it pertains to regulatory compliance in financial servicesBasic industry and credit verbiage understandingPC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)Strong attention to detailSense of urgencyExcellent communicationPC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)Competencies
