POSITION SUMMARY: Aspire Technology Partners is seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Integration Specialist to join our dynamic DevOps team. This role focuses on the maintenance and integration of various systems including ScienceLogic, ConnectWise Automate, RestorePoint, LayerX, and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will be adept at providing custom scripting and integration work to ensure seamless operation and automation of processes using Python, JavaScript, and LUA scripts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED. + System Maintenance: + Maintain and manage ScienceLogic, ConnectWise Automate, RestorePoint, LayerX, and ServiceNow systems, some of which are SaaS solutions. + Ensure system availability, performance, and security. + Integration: + Develop and implement integration solutions to ensure these systems work together seamlessly. + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements. + Automation: + Automate processes to improve efficiency and reliability. + Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. + Scripting: + Create, test, and deploy custom scripts primarily using Python, JavaScript, and LUA to support system integration and automation. + Maintain and update existing scripts to ensure compatibility with new system updates. + Automated Remediation: + Implement automated remediation solutions to address system issues and improve system resilience. + Develop monitoring and alerting scripts to proactively identify and resolve issues. + Performance Monitoring: + Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency. + Conduct regular performance tuning and capacity planning. + Security: + Ensure all systems are secure and comply with company policies and industry standards. + Implement security best practices and conduct regular security audits. + Incident Management: + Respond to and resolve incidents related to system integration and performance. + Document incident resolutions and perform root cause analysis. + Continuous Improvement: + Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance system performance and reliability. + Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. + Documentation: + Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration and automation processes. + Create user guides and technical documentation for team members and stakeholders. + Collaboration: + Work closely with other members of the DevOps team and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. + Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide technical expertise. + Training and Support: + Provide training and support to team members on new integrations and automation tools. + Assist in the onboarding and mentoring of new team members. + Research and Development: + Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company is leveraging the latest tools and practices. + Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve DevOps processes.
