We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our talented team. We operate a hybrid working model and are seeking people to join us in the Czech Republic, Brno or Prague.
Role definition:
The DevOps Engineer is responsible for the development, maintenance and improvement of the application lifecycle management tooling used by the development team at FNZ. This includes source control, pipelines, and integration with other tooling.
You will be responsible for DevOps across Europe and be one of the senior members of the team. Working with Delivery team across Europe to update their practices and implement new DevOps practices. You will also help design and implement the DevOps Transformation project.
Responsibilities:
Build, maintain and support CI/CD pipelines across the companyManage automation and tooling around Source Control including security and Developer ExperienceSupport Delivery Teams with adopting DevOps PracticesModernize build tooling and integrations to automated processesHelp lead CI and CD adoption across EuropeWork with AppSec to bring security checks closer to Delivery TeamsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher and/or equivalent experience.Experience working on large-scale technology delivery projects and successfully delivering technology change as part of these projects.Confident, and able to take a lead role in a delivery-focused environment.Passionate about coaching, leading, and developing other people to help them reach their career aspirations and goals.Experience working with different levels of stakeholders within a project environment such as Infrastructure, AppSec and Delivery.Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic fast-paced industry.Enjoy working as part of a high-performance team.Hard-working, innovative, and takes pride in their work.Required Knowledge & Skills:
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholdersExpert in usage, administration, and configuration of source control platformsExpert in usage, design, and configuration for CI/CDFamiliar with Inner source practices and patternsAble to work across multiple languages and tools especially .NET, C#, TypeScriptExperience with the following legacy development products would be beneficial: ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, legacy .NET Framework versions.Familiar with build tools and build automation especially MSBuild.Understanding of different software development designs including monoliths and microservices.Familiar with code analysis or automated testing tools.What can FNZ offer you?
