Currently we are looking for Principal DevOps Engineer to join our Ops Experience team.

What you will be doing Design a continuous integration and continuous deployment platform (CI/CD)Design solutions to automate the deployment of applicationsDevelop and lead in the execution of best practices, including providing solution architectures and strategy for adoptionDesign monitoring and management tools and deployment processes and tools to provide visibility with a focus on high availabilityPartner with respective departments to develop practical automation solutions and participate in cross functional team meetings to collaborate and ensure successful execution.Operate as an innovative thought leader; proactively identify and improve internal efficiencies and grow knowledge of the teamLead performance and test automation integration into the CI/CD pipeline, troubleshoot and resolve operational issuesAssist in resolving highly complex issues arising from product upgrades, installations and configurations.Participate in professional associations, outreach activities, or appropriate educational opportunities to stay current on industry best practices and relevant technical skillsMentors, influences, and collaborates with other developers and across teamsProvide guidance to other team members What will make you successful DevOps Tech Lead or equivalent experience; creating and maintaining backlog, working with implementations, leading initativesVery good English skills; min. B2 levelExperience with: Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Jira, Github ActionsExperience with Cloud Technologies: AWS, Azure, GCPExperience with scripting tools (ideally Bash)Experience with configuration management toolsExperience with DevOps and release management toolsExperience with managing service container-based platformsExperience in Linux and Windows AdministrationExperience with configuration and administration of enterprise web applicationsExperience with continuous integration and deployment SaaS environments.Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with cross functional teamsFast learner, highly organized and experienced in demonstrating focus to complete the highest prioritiesOr an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principle duties of the job
