Participate in the development of world-class high-voltage power devices and analog/mixed signal process technologies in a fabless environment. 

ResponsibilitiesDesign new test boards to characterize switching performance of GaN and other WBG power semiconductor devicesHands-on static and dynamic characterization of power semiconductor devices and circuitsAnalyze and present characterization data to understand the effect of process/design, and provide recommendations related to operation in high-performance power converter applicationsSupport key customer requirements with characterization dataSupport wafer level device characterization and failure analysis, as needed RequirementsMSEE is required. Good understanding of various SMPS topologiesA minimum of 2 years’ experience in designing switch mode power supply using WBG power devicesHands-on experience with GaN power device characterization, including Dynamic Rdson would be desirableGood understanding of power semiconductor device physicsStrong communication and collaboration skills
