As a Developer in the HP Workforce Experience organization, you'll leverage your expertise in Java, GoLang, Spring Boot, MySQL, NoSQL, AWS, to develop high-performance, scalable applications that enhance device fleet management and employee engagement, for HP's customers.

Responsibilities:

Drive the development of drivers using Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, NoSQL, and AWS technologies.

Create high-level designs and architecture, collaborating with other architects as needed. Explore and adopt new AWS technologies to optimize application architecture and performance.

Debug production incidents related to microservices, authentication, authorization, databases, UI (React), and other components.

Collaborate with product teams to ideate, prototype, and develop new features and functionalities. Proactively take ownership of projects, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives.

Work closely with different teams to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components, optimize UI performance, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Collaborate with remote teams in the US and India on feature development and delivery.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in software engineering.

3+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Golang, JPA, REST, microservices, SQL, NoSQL, and web frameworks.

2+ years of experience in cloud-native development, preferably with AWS or similar cloud platforms.

UI-backend integration: Strong ability to integrate front-end components with back-end APIs and services, considering performance optimization.

Performance optimization: Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications, including code optimization, and caching.

Leadership Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to drive project execution and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Experience working in agile environments and using agile methodologies.

Problem-solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges, think critically, and propose innovative solutions.
