In delivering client-focused services, this position will work closely with members of the strategic development team to provide strategic and tactical support to various practice groups, industries and initiatives, while keeping in line with Carle's strategic development initiatives. Qualifications: EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma/Equivalent or Bachelors Degree required within six (6) years of hire date. CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS Project Management Certification required within three (3) years of hire date. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Five (5) years Related Field SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Must have strong skills working with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Publisher. Essential Functions: + Coordinates partnership discussions with external organization leadership, insuring appropriate individuals, materials and deliverables are aligned. + Coordinates process for completion of inter-organizational agreements, including tracking status, next steps, final completion, updating into Carle system. + Develops powerpoint and other materials for internal and external strategic meetings. + Front line individual for external organizations to access for questions, concerns, followup insuring connection between external party and appropriate Carle individual, tracking action items and essential followup completion. + Develops and manages tracking and project management tools for varied strategic initiatives. + Researchs essential information to support strategic development activities.
