Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., occasional weekends and evenings as needed

Job Focus:  The Development Operations Specialist position will oversee the performance, accuracy, and integrity of donor and constituent databases, related information systems, financial reporting, and gift processes, including the timely input of gifts and the production of acknowledgment letters. The Development Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role as a collaborative partner, bridging the gap between the department, finance, and divisional and territorial headquarters. The position provides additional operational support by maintaining the development calendar to ensure all campaigns and events are on schedule. This position reports to the Development Coordinator and is integral to The Salvation Army in Central Ohio’s development team.
