主要工作职责及任务
产品开发工程师根据项目计划、质量和成本目标，负责技术产品定义和过程可行性。他／她在Faurecia卓越体系中应用总部标准，并使用Faurecia的项目管理体系(PMS)来指导产品、工具和／或设备的概念和设计细节。该职务主要任务是：
    负责内饰功能件的设计开发，如结构方案制定、材料选择、工艺可行性分析，确保功能件满足整车性能要求
    对功能件进行可行性分析，评估设计方案的可制造性、成本及质量
    编制功能件招标SPEC技术方案，参与供应商选择、技术交流及质量控制
    跟进功能件试制，对试制中的问题进行分析并提出解决方案，确保产品符合设计要求并顺利量产
    负责功能件经验教训L&L文件的编制
    编制收集功能件设计交付物资料，确保资料的完整性和高质量
    根据市场反馈和客户需求，推动功能件的创新与优化

    对公司的业务活动有关的所有信息严加保密（但中国有关机构要求的除外），并对合同中定义的所有机密严加保密
    充分学习理解并认同佛吉亚《管理规范》及《道德规范》中的各项内容，承诺严格遵守并以此为日常行为指南
    知悉并严格遵守利益冲突的相关规定
 

任职资格

    学历：工程专业本科及以上学历
    工作经验：8年以上销售经历，3年以上汽车内饰销售经验

    技术及能力

1. 熟悉汽车内饰开发流程，参与过福特，长安，比亚迪设计项目者优先
2. 熟悉汽车内饰功能件的设计原理/制造工艺/材料特性
3.熟练使用CATIA/UG等三维软件，熟悉GD&T和尺寸链等相关知识
4.良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与跨部门团队和供应商高效合作
5.有较强的抗压力能，能够适应快节奏的工作环境
6.熟练掌握英文沟通交流者优先
