**Overview** The Developer Programmer Analyst 3 is responsible for designing and implementing we applications. All duties and responsibilities performed in accordance with the Core Values of Cayuse. **Responsibilities** + Implement and customize and maintain Microsoft .NET Core, .NET Framework applications & Angular front-end development. + Design, develop, and implement solutions in the Microsoft technology including C# Visual Studio, Sql Server (SSMS). + Develop and maintain Web APIs using .net Core and should understand RESTful APIs. + Design and maintain DB Schemas and proficient in SQL queries and stored procedures. + Familiarity with Entity Framework Core for ORM-based database operations. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + 8 Years Required Proficiency in ASP.NET Framework. + 8 Years Required Strong proficiency in MS-SQL database development and management + 7 Years Required Familiarity with Entity Framework Core for ORM-based database operations. + 6 Years Required Experience with agile / scrum methodology + 5 Years Required Proficiency in ASP.NET Core for building RESTful APIs. + 5 Years Required Proficiency in Angular framework. + 4 Years Required Proficiency in writing unit tests using nUnit framework. + 3 Years Required Basic knowledge of Azure cloud services. + 3 Years Required Understanding of Azure SQL Database and its features. + 3 Years Preferred Familiarity with Angular CLI, Angular Material, and RxJS + Must be able to pass a background check.
