We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Engineer with min. 4-6 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and customize Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications to meet business requirements. 2. Design and implement complex workflows and business process automations using Power Automate. 3. Desiging/customising Power BI reports. 4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for automation, and deliver solutions that streamline business processes. 5. Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party applications as needed. 6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. 7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing Power Platform solutions in a timely manner. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. 7-8 years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). 3. Good knowledge of SSIS and SSRS server 4. Hands on experience on Power BI will be an added advantage. 5. Good knowledge of Azure Integration in context of Power Platform. 6. Strong understanding of relational databases and experience with SQL Server or other database platforms. 7. Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams integration with Power Platform is a plus. 8. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 9. Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400 are preferred.
