Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and AWS. You will be involved in building scalable, high-quality, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, modern development practices, and cloud-native architectures.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design client-side and server-side architecture, including UI/UX and technical documentation

Develop and consume RESTful APIs

Collaborate with stakeholders to scope new features and gather technical requirements

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Evaluate code to ensure quality, structure, standards compliance, and cross-browser/device compatibility

Mentor junior developers and interns

Stay updated with the latest trends in the software industry and recommend process improvements

Identify opportunities for automation and recommend technical solutions

Define and enforce code quality and process standards

Handle support tickets: debug, analyze, and resolve issues proactively

Monitor application health and performance metrics

Coordinate with onsite counterparts for knowledge transfer and updates

Work independently on enhancement tasks and participate actively in Scrum ceremonies

Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders

Technical Requirements Frontend Development

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Hands-on experience with Angular (React knowledge is a plus)

Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Backend Development

Strong in Java SE 12+ with experience in:

Multithreading

Annotations

JPA

JMS

Functional Programming

Lambda Expressions

Stream API

Expertise in Spring Framework: Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot

Familiarity with Node.js is a plus

Build & DevOps

Experience with Jenkins, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of MySQL, DynamoDB, and database design principles

Proficient in query optimization and data retrieval

API and Tools

Experience building and testing REST APIs

Familiarity with Postman and Swagger for API testing and documentation
