Why This Job
Help us design the structures of America! In this position, you'll be responsible for producing accurate and detailed rebar placing drawings, as well as coordinating and assisting with customer accounts by scheduling material and deliveries and conducting research about field problems, detailing, fabrication, and more. You'll need to maintain a clean and orderly work area and accurate documentation of records for each job.
We ask that you have the following qualifications:
Experience with detailing utilizing CAD platforms (2D or 3D), AutoCad, ASA MicroStation, Revkit, Tekla a plus High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required Ability to read and interpret contract drawings/blueprints with strong mathematical skills (algebra, geometry, linear measurements, etc.) Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends High level of attention to detail, excellent customer service, and project management skillsAt CMC, it's the people inside our recycling centers, fabrication plants, steel mills, and offices that make us who we are as a company.
